Ian Bassett, Painter and Decorator

I cannot recommend Ian highly enough. We have had the entire house painted for the first time in over 15 years and it looks fantastic. Ian went above and beyond in his attention to detail and ensuring finishes were done to a high standard. He was a pleasure to work with, always keeping his work spaces tidy and ensuring that the house was still 'livable' while the work was being carried out. He is extremely professional with a lovely quiet, pleasant manner. Reasonably priced too. I would not hesitate to employ him again should I need any further work done.

Ian has painted a few walls around the house for me and he has gone above and beyond every time. I had no idea what colour my walls were before Ian came to do the job, he came out, figured out the colour matches, and has done a fantastic finish on my walls. Ian always communicates extremely well, always comes and talks to you if something changes to make sure you are well informed always. On top of all this, Ian is also reasonably priced.

We asked Ian to paint the entire exterior of our Californian Bungalow. The house had not been painted for over 15 years and Ian has given it a new lease of life. Not only was the job itself a challenge but he also had to navigate around other trades working at the house and extreme summer temperatures. Ian was always polite, professional and punctual, keeping us informed of his movements and expected completion times. The quality of his painting was outstanding. We would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him.
