Last year, I hired this painting service with high hopes for a fresh look in my home, but I was unfortunately left disappointed. I prefer not to leave low grade reviews but it’s important future customers are made aware. The painter initially assured me that two coats of paint would be applied to the walls which we all know is standard, but it became evident that only one coat was completed. This was not what I expected and certainly not what was promised. When I noticed patched marks on one of the walls and requested that he return to fix it as it clearly had one coat applied, the response was far from satisfactory. Instead of re-rolling the entire wall as I had hoped, he only touched up a quarter of it. This half-hearted effort did nothing to resolve the issue and left the wall looking uneven. While the painter maintained a professional demeanor throughout the process, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. It became clear to me that he might be more interested in cutting corners than providing quality service. It felt like he was using minimal paint to save costs, while also taking the chance to try and keep the paint I had originally chosen after I decided I wanted to change colours ! Overall, my experience with this painting service was disappointing. I expected a professional job based on the initial discussions, but the reality fell significantly short. If you're looking for quality work and true professionalism, I would recommend exploring other options.

Bruce did a complete internal paint of our home and ….it’s sensational. Finished ahead of schedule and, nothing was a problem. Highly recommended. ✅✅✅
