Our builder contracted this company to perform the required repairs from our 6 month maintenance list. Most of the work was completed well but the 2 workers didn't really tidy up after themselves, and the majority of the paint work was completed to a poor standard and had to be re-done. They arrived earlier than the agreed start time of 7.15am (showed up around 6.40am and started making noise outside). Our biggest issue is that the 2 workers discovered broken internal bricks within several upstairs walls, which caused significant cracking, and despite saying that they would forward us and the builder the photos, this never happened. When I called to follow up on this, Mel was extremely rude to me and said that the builder had already been told and it had nothing to do with us, then she denied all knowledge of the issue claiming that such a thing would never have happened. I wish I had followed my gut instinct and watched the two workers like a hawk and took photos and video of everything instead of assuming that I could trust this company just because they have a high google rating.

Each time have had a positive experience with the company, high quality of work, always on time, always friendly and professional and have your best interests at heart.
