He also organised a subcontractor to custom-build a security flyscreen for the external door, as it wasn’t a standard size — it turned out perfectly. On top of that, Sam replaced a leaking mixer tap in our laundry and fixed a wobbly towel rail in the ensuite. Sam managed everything from sourcing the doors and materials to painting, installation, adding extra locks and magnetic door catches, and even removing all the rubbish. His communication was excellent throughout — he checked in at every step to make sure we were happy and answered any questions quickly. We’ll definitely use Sam again and have already recommended him to friends.

We had an old dodgey outdoor laundry with an uneven floor + rotting wall frame, and Sam did a full rebuild for us while cutting a new door hole so we could access from the inside of the house. Sam communicated very well, completed the work on time and most importantly did a great job!
