Went to get some ear muffs that I had ordered for the kids. I arrived 10mins before their advertised closing time; door was locked. It was exactly 2.54pm. Mitre 10 closing time on door states 3pm. I approach the door and wave hello to team member. He comes to door and stays they are closed. I point to my watch and explain it is still 6 minutes till close and I need a product urgently. He just stares at me. I walk in, only to be faced by another senior looking employee and told, not asked, to leave as they are closed. I could not believe the rude way in which I was treated. I kindly explained that it was not yet the stated closing time and that I needed a part as I am renovating and work stops till I get this part. She pointed in the direction I needed to go. I got my part and went to register. She mumbled under her breath quite loudly that she needed to go to a register that was still open. My item then scanned at $55 when it should have been $39.95 as listed on internet. She angrily adjusted the price. Great service, NOT!
