This was the third time that I hired Parker painting. The first time was a few years back – no complaints as they were reasonably priced and from what I could see did a great job. Second time – hired them again based on past my previous experience. Again, reasonably priced and a great job. They did leave a lot of areas masked up which needed to be removed by myself but all up happy with the work. Third time. Difficult to get them to come a do a quote. Rescheduled quite late for two appointments which wasted my time. Entirely missed a third and did not follow up until I called. No apology or excuse given and did assure me they did want to quote for the job. Painting was reasonable and price competitive. Clean up was awful. Paint spilled on the driveway and concrete. Cleaned up, however it remains stained. Paint splatter over lower walls – no clean up attempted. Cracked paver from scissor lift. When contacted the owner did agree to inspect the damage but was busy at the time. Asked that I follow up with him later. Did so and arranged a follow up time – no further contact. Reached out again – no further contact. Never again – seems they are too busy or indifferent to domestic work and want to focus on commercial. My advice to those in the Surfcoast area – find another local contractor. re owners response - as you know Matt i was overseas until mid April. I did contact you and you did agree to review to review the issue on site. That was on the 16th of April. You wrote that you were off work on the following week and that i should reach out to arrange a time. I did so - you didnt reply. I resent a message the following week - no reply - hence the review. That was the last I heard from you. However, you did not arrange a time for a review and ignored subsequent requests which included pictures of the issue at hand. Yes the invoice was paid - at least i did my part.

Just a brilliant experience from start to finish. After getting in contact with Matt about painting the inside of our large double story home he carried out the job ASAP. He was prompt, professional, very informative and most of all he was honest and trustworthy. The house looks incredible so happy with his work and he completed it in a matter of days. Will definitely be getting him back to do more. If I could give more than 5 stars I would thanks Matt!

Matt and his team did an awesome painting job on our house. We trusted Matt to choose the color and he was spot on! Great service and really impressive professional team that I would highly recommend.
