We had an outstanding job after being let down by another painter. In our frustration we were directed to North East Traditional Painters and gave them a call. Neil organised to have a look at our job the very next day and find time to slip us in! I don’t think I will have room here to completely express what a lovely person Neil is and how efficient, polite, thoughtful and amazing his Team are! We could not be happier with them and their work! They are very reasonably priced, have done an outstanding job and they were super helpful with our paint choices. They went above and beyond, nothing was an issue and they left everything cleaner than when they started! I simply cannot recommend them enough. They are just fantastic! We recently had the team completely transform the look of our newly purchased home in Wangaratta. What an incredible job they did! From the customer service at the beginning right through to the attention to detail shown with the end product. Being from Melbourne and in lockdown during a lot of the process, they were very understanding and helpful. I couldn’t recommend Neil and the crew highly enough. They even went above and beyond to help us find a great electrician to coordinate some work for us, which was immensely helpful. Any future painting we might need done, we won’t go anywhere else. We can't speak highly enough of the team at North East Traditional Painters. We have a vaulted ceiling with timber beams crossing, and we asked only for the ceiling panels to be painted. It was a complex residential job, but the team demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. We love the finished result!
