Chris Lawlor did an excellent job painting the inside of our home. His quote was thorough and the job completed with no surprises. Chris started on time and worked quickly to minimize the disturbance in our home. We are very pleased with the results.

Applied DryLock paint to interior basement walls. First coat was sprayed, second and third coat roller application. Brightened up basement recreation and laundry area significantly. Mr. Lawlor was responsive to phone call and appeared on time to assess job. Job started on time. Painter very methodical and efficient. Protected all areas that were not to be painted. From my experience I would highly recommend using this company.

Great experience! We were living out of town when we purchased our home, and hired Chris to paint the interior (including kitchen cabinets and backsplash) before we moved. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were getting exactly what we were looking for, including accommodating us by conducting a walkthrough of the space while we were on the phone, sending daily updates of his team's progress, and even coming back after the job was complete to do a few additional touchups (for example, we had a new thermostat installed that damaged the wall a bit, and Chris came back to paint over the damage at no additional cost). We were a little nervous about coordinating everything from out of town, but Chris' frequent and transparent communication quickly put us at ease. Best of all, the house looks GREAT. We'll definitely work with the team at Lawlor Painting & Property Services again!
