Poor communication, planning and workmanship with painting our townhouse and neighbouring townhouses managed by our strata. Marks on floor, ceiling, no preparation work done (I.e dusting, cleaning surfaces). Say they will come back the next day but don’t show up because it’s different people every time and they can’t keep track of what has been painted or not. Ridiculous, hope our strata can break this agreement with Higgins as the quality is poor and I can’t imagine the rectification being up to standard either.

This morning one of your guys on a UTE just came driving like crazy and fast to my bussiness PRIVATE car park while classes were running and literally almost kissed my clients car, left the car running away to get his breakfast on the coffee shop next doorwhen I tried to approach him. I put my bollards up trying to get him to apologise his attitude and behaviour and he really didn’t care, he just left my car parking driving his car in between the bollards. We could have kids on the parking, we could have clients leaving the class, he could cause any accident or hit the clients or the cars on the parking ! He was very rude on his attitude, very nasty ! Didn’t appreciate it at all !

Hi We hired Higgins to paint our block of units, one of which we own. We are very disappointed with the quality of the work. My wife has contacted Sales Manager Michael Russo multiple times regarding deficiencies. The initial work was completed in 2022, and some remedial work was done on 26th April 2023. However, it appears the preparation for the remedial work was inadequate, as we are now seeing signs of paint peeling on the concrete coating of the complex. My wife first contacted Higgins about this ongoing issue in October 2024, and we were disappointed it took seven months to receive a response ! I will never use Higgins again !!
