Went to order paint today from packington street store ordered a wall colour and ceiling white when I arrived home received two colour paints instead of ceiling white went back to exchange the ceiling paint the girl behind the counter was extremely rude to me I won’t be going back to the store any time soon the young lad was more than helpful and a pleasure to deal with. If you are going to have people with rude customer service skills like she had then it’s only going to send your customers elsewhere like I will be going elsewhere now won’t be back that’s for sure. As a customer you should be welcomed not have an attitude that turns you away. Sad part is I have been going to the shop for the last 20 years and have had great service.
Went into the pakington st store this morning with no idea what i needed, the lady that served me was so polite and incredibly helpful she went above and beyond "apologies i forgot your name" will definitely be back in the future.
