Haymes Paint Shop Eltham

I have been a Haymes customer for 15 years and am really disappointed with this store honestly will never go back again here. Came in here on Wednesday the 24th of September as it was an emergency as the Haymes paint I initially bought and tried to match wasn't 100% match and I didn't have time as the scaffold around the stairs was going to be taken down at 1 pm. So I took a cut-out sample of the wall and took them the paint all it needed was a little bit of tint to make the paint a bit darker as it was too light. It was a brand new paint drum and I was happy to pay for them to tint it darker but they REFUSED and said I would need to buy a new 15L drum of paint. They said i need to take it back to the haymes shop i got it from and was laughing at me. Honestly i will never go back here and will make a complaint about this issue with head office that female so called manager that you have in the shop is not a good look at all to be laughing and turning back Haymes loyal customers who have been with you more than 15 years not good enough.

If you want the best painting shop in Melbourne this is it. Great knowledge on all paints - from composition to use, very responsive, orders always come in in a timely manner and they are always friendly and very consistent. Couldn’t recommend this team more highly

Great quality paint and tools. Fantastic customer service. I had bought more than I needed and James went out of his way to give me a refund for the returned item (even though my order had gone through the online store which is separate to the local shop).
