I'd rate Haymes paint number one. Having renovated many houses and used a lot of different manufacturers products, Haymes impresses. I'm so pleased to have moved from Adelaide to Ballarat and tried their paints. Each time I've visited the store I've received wonderful service, both friendly and helpful. Being a 70 plus artist, I know a lot about paint, opacity, coverage etc.
I requested the paint , and I was informed it would come on Tuesday morning. When I followed up Tuesday morning, I was told it would arrive in the afternoon. I checked again Tuesday afternoon, and then I was told it would come Wednesday morning. After checking once more, it was postponed again to Thursday. This continuous rescheduling has been very unprofessional and frustrating. My customer has been waiting for this product, and the ongoing delays are making the situation difficult to manage. Please provide a clear and accurate update on when the paint will actually arrive
