After a nightmare situation, Francis Plumbing did a full roof replacement for me, for a very reasonable price, and it looks to have come up perfect. They were also kind enough to do some extra gutter work at no extra charge. It’s hard to find companies that actually care and do things properly, while also taking the customers finances into consideration. Francis Plumbing definitely do all of the above, and more. I am extremely grateful for all the work they’ve done for me, as well as the support and understanding along the way. I can’t really thank them enough. They have a great team of staff, all very friendly and professional. Special mentions go to Dan, Jaryd, Jai, Leigh & Steve. And also their fantastic admin team Erin, Jodie, Letitia & everyone else in there. Thank you all so much, I hope you enjoyed my coffees. They will now be my go to plumbers for life. Never use unlicensed or unregistered tradespeople, and go straight to a professional company like Francis Plumbing

We had Francis Plumbing & Gas Fitting quote us on removal of old split system and relocation of outdoor unit to the blind side of the house. From the beginning the admin team, Jodie & Erin, were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Dylan and Ji arrived to do the job and I couldn’t fault them! I had a concern with the old drain pipe not being visible from the outside and worried water was draining into the wall. Dylan made it his mission to find where the pipe ended and to bring it past the brickwork to drain properly outside which saved a lot of head ache! Dylan and Ji were very tidy and you can see Dylan takes pride in his work by the install of the relocated out door unit- couldn’t fault it!

If I could give 10 stars I would. From initial call to booking, the office staff were amazing. First booked appointment turned up on time and went beyond what he had to in order to locate the issue with my central heating. New motor was installed today so we are warm finally and happy. I have severe anxiety and making phone calls and having tradespeople come to my house is dreadful for me. But every member of staff made it ok. Highly recommended
