Expert Painting & Renovation

I recently had my home in Kew painted by Expert Painting & Renovation, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for professional house painters in the Kew area, this is the team to call. I came to them with a very colourful vision, I wanted all my favourite colours represented throughout the house. My expectations were already high, but somehow they still managed to go above and beyond anything I imagined. The level of preparation and care they put into the work was incredible. They didn’t just paint over the existing surfaces, they sanded everything back, fixed peeling paint, repaired cracks and splits in the wood, filled holes in the walls and ceilings, and corrected imperfections left from the previous paint job. Every surface was properly prepared, primed and finished beautifully. What really impressed me was their attention to detail. The team even used bright lights to check the walls and make sure there were absolutely no imperfections. They brought in their specialists where needed (including plastering work) and the final result is honestly flawless. Zak from Masi’s crew was also amazing when it came to colour advice. He suggested the shade of pink I ultimately chose for one of the rooms, and I’m so glad I trusted his suggestion because I absolutely love it. His eye for colour made a huge difference. Another detail I absolutely loved was the creativity they brought to my front door. Zak suggested painting the door so the colours mirror each other as you walk through it, which created such a beautiful and thoughtful transition between the inside and outside. Khaliq also suggested an inversion of the colours on the door itself, with one side primarily pink with purple accents, and the other side primarily purple with pink accents. That artistic idea gave the entrance such a unique and striking edge, and it ended up being one of my favourite features of the whole house. They also went above and beyond in ways I didn’t even expect. They painted things like the flyscreen frames, wardrobes, trims, and cupboards so everything matched perfectly. They even spray painted new vents to match the ceiling colour so they wouldn’t stand out. The detail is incredible, even areas you barely see were finished perfectly. They transformed my kitchen simply through colour, it honestly feels like I got a renovated kitchen without needing a full renovation. The whole team was incredibly friendly, patient and supportive throughout the process. Renovating can be stressful, and they handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Considering the scope of work, painting the entire house from top to bottom with a large crew over weeks, the price was also very reasonable. I’m beyond thrilled with the final result and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for painters who genuinely care about their work. When the time comes to paint the exterior of my house, I will absolutely be calling them again.

Renovating our childhood family home, you want trades that take pride in their work. Masi and his team were recommended by word of mouth, and I heard nothing but positive things about them. From day one, Masi understood what we were wanting, but also gave us guidance. The prep work the team did on the first day, blew me away...so I knew the rest of the work was going to be good. Masi and his amazing team delivered above and beyond. I can’t believe how fantastic my bedroom looks - I actually didn’t believe it could be done as it’s an old art deco apartment with a previously awful paint job. Masi carefully explained the steps they would take to transform it and I am genuinely impressed with their meticulous detail. Plus the painters were lovely men who were really polite and helpful - PLUS they cleaned up beautifully. I’m absolutely wrapt with the result.

Delighted with the service from Expert Painting & Renovation. They recently refurbished my window surrounds and door, front and back - sanding them back and re-staining and finishing them - and the transformation is stunning. I can honestly say that Masi and his team were extremely professional and focused on getting the job done right without cutting corners. The works at my home were very challenging due to the position and the deterioration of the surfaces. Masi took care of all the permits and management with authorities. Surface preparation was thorough. The restoration, rendering and painting of the surfaces was excellent.
