We recently build a home in Palm Beach Qld, Erica was involved from the planning stage, did the colours etc, help with almost every aspect of the home, she is wonderful to work with, and kept me sane throughout the entire process, highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of engaging Erica to assist me with external colour selections for my Geelong property. The home had a heritage overlay and I was determined to honour the neighbourhood whilst creating some individuality. Erica was amazing to deal with and took the time to gain a sense of the character of the home and collaborated in a very professional manner. Her follow up and report was very thorough. Highly recommend.

Erica has been excellent for helping select internal and exterior colours, fixtures for my Metricon build. Suggested several things that I didn't even think about. I'm located in Seaford, Erica came to meet me in the Melbourne in person to help with the selections. She brought several samples to help with visualisation. Overall she's been excellent, definitely went the extra mile!! Would recommend!

I have used Erica Fanning Interiors for the interior design of 3 properties. Each one needed a different feel. One a country retreat, a rental property and one a home. We commissioned Erica to style and source furniture for our office space! She was so wonderful and easy to work with! Working with Erica from Erica Fanning Interiors has been a smooth and enjoyable process. From our initial consultation, we knew Erica was the person to bring our unique cellar door to life. Erica understood the commercial needs of our project, the unique location and the business direction to create a design concept that we all loved. Embarking on this project in late 2019, we could never have imagined the impacted COVID-19 would have on our day to day lives. Although restrictions impacted Erica’s ability to travel to site in 2020, Erica provided extensive support remotely. She ensured our brief, budget and timelines were met. Erica sourced all of our selections and managed extensive logistics to get samples to our rural location in New South Wales. Erica was professional in dealing with our construction manager, local trades and keeping myself, the Project/Business Manager updated and informed. Erica was adaptable and offered great alternatives as hurdles popped up along the way, while providing support and advice. Overall, the entire team were very appreciative of Erica’s efforts on this project. We are delighted in how the design came to life and the amazing space our customers get to enjoy. Erica’s dedication and design skills are reflective of the one of a kind cellar door space that our business is so well known for.
