Amazing,Amazing,Amazing. Yan and his team just done the professional job . There are some broken tiles been found around 6pm last Friday(rainingday ) , sent some request after googled the local roof services . Yan is the ONLY person replied me that night (Even he is overses for holiday at moment ) , his team arrived property on time and inspected next day , also helped to cover the wholes by plactic and small timbers due to the tiles suppliers not working on Sunday. All broken tiles been fixed this arvo as attached . I do not mind the different colour of replacing tiles , at least no more leaking !!!!!!! Highly recommend Yan and his team if you wanna save time and enjoy the professional services from local . I am planning to ask Yan and his team for maintenancing my roof ( repointing , replacing the broken tiles , washing and repainting during this X'mas ) I will update the pictures here after that . I have hired elite roof services pty ltd to do mine full roof restoration at my property 29 PAPERBARK ST, Doveton on 14/2/26.The property was in very bad condition and wasn’t Done any restoration in last 50 years.Elite roof restoration company has done an amazing job, his price was very competitive,a very thorough work and completed the job on time.One man operation, didn’t take any advance money,all after finishing the job.
