Charmaine from Casley Property Services is awesome to deal with! She is so kind and understanding. She gave me some ideas and tips on how to maintain my property more easily after she came in to do a clean for me. She spent time with me going over her services and what she offers and I am so pleased with the job she did. Took the weight of the world off my shoulders, everything looked so professionally done. Just so happy with this business. Shaun is great, explained differently aspects and why with painting and I understood the process easily. I love my black wall he painted its turned out so well, no marks or lumpy bumpy bits just smooth and looks perfect. Black can be very tricky to do so I thought I would get Shaun in with all his experience to do the job and he did a fantastic job. Very happy. I contacted Charmaine about potentially getting help with a few jobs. I was answered promptly and was instantly blown away by the professionalism I was greeted with. Nothing was too much trouble and we instantly booked a time to meet. Upon our meeting I knew I could put full trust in the fact my jobs would be done to a very high standard. Even the booking process was smooth and stress free. She was always on time and her work ethic is second to none. The end result blew me away. The windows have never looked so clean and the rest was simply sparkling. Besides from the immaculate result I wouldn't have even known she was there. She bought all her own equipment and left the space as it was before. Charmaine is a very kind, honest, hard worker and I would highly recommend her for any cleaning jobs. The cottage was on the beach, and the windows shone after Charmaine Farley Casley and her team cleaned them, amongst other Cleaning. No job seemed too big or small. Very reasonably priced!! 10/10 stellar job.

Charmaine cleans for me weekly. Totally reliable, her communication is open, friendly, polite and obliging. NEVER has she not shown up, if she is running late she texts or calls. Her work ethics are outstanding, like her eye for detail. If something out of the ordinary needs doing she will bring it to my attention and we adjust tasks accordingly. This is important to me. I've had businesses not show up at all; bill when they don't attend; demand morning tea during a two hour job; have no general cleaning skills; have no pride in their work and have communication skills of a minor. Charmaine's work stands out by the number of clients on her books. I laugh when you see someone wants a job done tomorrow. Those people with availability usually have questionable reputation, but if Charmaine can assist she will. I'm blessed after 3 or 4 years of utterly poor service, to have found Charmaine and be confident with her work ethics. She is one in a million. A bonus when she brings me a coffee, like who does that for you these days.
