All the people working on our house were very friendly and extremely accommodating and professional. No request was too much. The level of work and finishing standards high. We recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you for a great job!

I cannot recommend Aram Property Maintenance highly enough. The team lead by their project manager Advia turned our home in an incredibly short time frame, from a 27 year old home into what looked like a brand new show home. I’ve watched the US flip shows on TV and been amazed at the transformations and have now experienced it first hand. Not only do the team at Aram Maintenance work fast they maintain a high standard of workmanship throughout and as a result we sold our property at Auction achieving a better than expected result.

Advia, Hamid and team did an awesome job preparing my place for sale. They took a tired looking house and performed numerous different works to create modern, luxe spaces within only 3 weeks. Advia oversaw the styling and design that included installing new flooring, polishing timber floorboards, building a new deck, installing new lighting, painting throughout the house and numerous repairs. The guys were incredibly hard-working, reliable and their work was high quality. Good trades are notoriously expensive, unreliable and difficult to find at the moment, but these guys produced outstanding results in a very short space of time. Highly recommended.
