    We couldn't recommend Jake and his team more highly. Our late 1800s home has been completely transformed by a painted roof, ornamental fretwork, fascias and pressed tin. In addition to doing a fantastic job, they were great communicators (I especially appreciated them saying goodbye in the afternoons and letting me know their plans and arrival times for the next day), neat and tidy, and went above and beyond.

    I chose Southern House and Roof Painting based on the excellent reviews. I certainly was not disappointed. Jake was great with communication and explanations. I asked a lot of questions regarding preparation the products and application. We are big DIY owners and were going to tackle the job ourselves as we are particular about having work done to a high standard. I talked my husband into using Jake and his team. Thank you to Cody – awesome work! Fantastic result. We are very happy.

Jake was great, really honest and fair regarding the expected outcome (our roof is super old and dented) and pricing. I felt really comfortable and we are delighted with the finished product.
