Accompanied my mother to look at samples and discuss options and colour matching. Shop is clean and well laid out, but sadly as we were looking at the samples (for at least 10 minutes) we were not approached once by staff. While we could have asked, there were 4-5 people behind the register having leisurely chats and it weirdly seemed rude to interrupt.
This is just about my favourite shop! These people know their stuff and always give out so much helpful information and can't do enough for you. I don't know the last time I was asked if I needed help carrying a purchase to the car- that was so nice. They have excellent products and are open nice and early. You can join up as a member and get discounts. If they had told me about the membership from when I first started shopping there I would have given a 5 star rating!! Fabulous though!
Dane helped me in the store on Saturday and over the phone on Tuesday. He shared great knowledge and was very helpful and friendly. Thankyou Dane, great customer service and great knowledge of the best products for the job.
