There were no surprises and I always felt I had Tom in my corner - helping me to think through decisions and changes when required. Tom together with his tradesmen were on time, friendly, tidy and kept the communication coming on a daily basis. Tom takes pride in the quality UrbanOz delivers and would either visit the site or call daily. Our reno was done on time and on budget - a rare moment when dealing with renos! I have done a number of building projects and can say hand on heart that UrbanOz is the only company I would use again, and I recommend them over and over. We love our home now!
