Great company to deal with from my first enquiry to the finished job. Had my ridge and barge boards replaced. Everyone I dealt with from sales, installers, office staff were very professional and pleasant. I was kept totally informed throughout the whole process. The installers arrived on time, consulted with me when installing and clean up the entire job site when they finished, leaving it neat and tidy. I was very happy with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use their services again if need. Great South Australian company with great people. Not very happy overall. I will preface by saying the job itself was satisfactory, the rotten section was removed and replaced and looks good. However after paying my deposit I wasn't contacted for over a week, at which point I contacted them and they booked a date a month later, I messaged them to double check the date 3 days before the appointment, only to be told that due to weather it was postponed another month. Then when they did the job they -Did a poor job joining the Scotia moulding so it looks ugly where it connects, -They damaged my retaining wall which I will need to repair. -Didn't seal or paint the gutter which caused the damage in the first place, which I assumed they would but admittedly never checked. So that's on me.

Ridge Building came to look at our verandah that was rotting and gave us a very decent quote. They booked the job in fairly quickly and their workmen were very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job and finished the job in 1 day. Very happy and have no hesitation in recommending them.
