His preparation was meticulous and that set the stage for a simply beautiful transformation of my home. He kept me informed of progress each day and doubled-checked all the colour choices early in the process. Steve also thoughtfully overcame several painting challenges posed by the building design; he even went the extra mile by vacuuming out fallen leaves that had gathered above the back deck roofing. Steve and his team recently refreshed the interior of our 2 storey townhouse. It is a rental property but he and his team treated the job as if it were our own home. Even though we didn’t wish to paint the skirtings at this time, he cleaned them and they came up a treat. The walls look so smooth and clean, a testament to the care and attention given. Steve was very thorough and polite with his communication and gave progress reports throughout the job. It was completed in the time estimated (he couldn’t resist also painting a small laundry and powder room that wasn’t in the quote!) and left extremely tidy.
