Complete internal painting of tenanted townhouse in Annerley, first week in April 2025. The team at Wolfpac Painters were great from the start. I had Wolfpack painters attend to fix a peeling ceiling. The job cost over $4k and the problem has returned in 2.5 years after the job was completed. I have asked them to re-attend to fix it and they have denied any responsibility. Would not recommend these guys unfortunately. Response to Jenna's reply: It took over 6 months for you to attend to inspect the ceiling after the issue was raised and your partner Jason hung up on me when I questioned why you are not taking responsibility. I'm sorry but I don't see how you think you have been accommodating. I even paid for a warranty for the work. I would never have agreed to pay over $4k for a bandaid fix that was going to resurface again in such a short time, I could have had a handyman do that for $1k. The reason I chose to use your service was I was assured this would fix the issue for good. I don't give bad reviews often but I am back to square one with a peeling ceiling and I feel really let down and need to warn others so they don't get burned as well. Being a family business you should be more accountable for your work and fix it when it hasn't stood the test of time.
