We bought our house in 2017. At the time the Garage had been converted into a Master Bedroom with Ensuite - open plan. Unfortunately everything was done to a substandard. We initially had another builder however their work was low standard and they had not carried out the work correctly. Taking shortcuts with materials and work. We had to find another Builder to complete the job and we came across Viper Constructions. Danny accepted completing the job for us. A lot of the work the past builder had done had to redone. We had built a Carport last year and the Bedroom window overlooked it. Danny closed the window in and we had a large window installed at the front of the house overlooking the garden. We had a wall installed between the Bedroom and the Ensuite. We wanted a more intimate cozy feeling. The floor in both the Bedroom and Ensuite was raised to match the height of the floors in the rest of the house. We changed the position of the shower which opened up the floor plan and allowed a lot more light to come through. We moved the bath to another wall and had a window enclosed in the Bathroom. Danny really cares about his work. He offered up suggestions to things we had not even have thought about. For instance we have heated towel rails by our Spa Bath and Danny suggested we place a hook near the Shower to hang our towel. This small suggestion has made a huge difference. This is our forever home, we are in our sixties and wanted the Ensuite to have an open floor plan so we had aging in place. All of Danny’s work crew including the Office employees are great. It was peace of mind for us having someone who could organise everything for us. A lot of the trades have their own businesses as well as work for Danny. Most of them work together on a regular basis so this induces a seamless transition from one job to the next. All of Danny’s workers as well as the Trades he employs are polite, respectful, cheerful and friendly. It’s a big thing having strangers in your house day after day however they just got on with their work and didn’t bother us at all. Danny has a real eye for detail. He is very approachable. Viper builders were great to work with. They went above and beyond to give us what we asked for to renovate our bathroom and laundry. Always cleaned up after themselves and all tradesman were punctual and very friendly. No large upfront deposits. We would recommend them for any renovation.
