Exceptional!!! - We recently had our 25-year-old Colorbond roof restored by Hayden from Summit Roofing Restorations, and the result has completely exceeded our expectations. Our roof was badly faded and chalking, but Hayden has transformed it beautifully. It’s now finished in the colour Basalt with a premium heat-reflective coating, and it genuinely looks like a brand-new roof. From the very first inspection, where Hayden climbed up and thoroughly assessed the roof before quoting, we were impressed by his professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout: prompt, clear, and full of practical helpful advice. The workmanship was exceptional. Every roof screw was replaced and the care taken to prepare, mask, and protect our property was second to none. The gutters were even hand-sprayed, giving a flawless, quality finish that far exceeded our expectations. It was clear that Hayden is highly skilled and takes immense pride in his craft. He was meticulous, respectful, and an absolute pleasure to have on site — a true professional and gentleman. From the time Hayden arrived to quote on my roof restoration, I knew that I would choose Summit Roofing Restorations. Hayden was polite and professional and really took the time to talk to me and explain the process he would take - I did not feel rushed. He was the only one who walked around the house and looked at everything in detail before he got up on the roof. I really appreciated the time he took to talk to me about what would be involved. Choosing a colour was not an easy task and while I had some in mind, Hayden mentioned a colour I would never have thought of, provided me with some addresses and I ended up choosing this colour and it looks fantastic!! Throughout the job, he communicated with me and kept me updated, he was prompt, reliable, courteous, respectful and went above and beyond to let me know I had a crack in my skylight and kindly taped it up until I could get it fixed.
