I contacted QGC Building and Contracting and spoke with John NBE, who seems to be the owner. I booked an inspection for issues at my home and was given a quotation. John promised to come this morning between 10–11 am, and I informed him so my tenant could stay home to wait. However, he never showed up. I tried calling and texting multiple times, but he did not respond. This unprofessional behavior wasted my time and my tenant’s half-day waiting at home. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. They are not reliable, and customers should be cautious when considering their services.
