Programmed Property Services Gold Coast

Our strata committee engaged programmed property Services to restore the external appearance off our unit complex. They were very professional and attentive during the quoting and sign up stage but that's where it all ended. What was promised to take six months to complete dragged out to two years. Some of the subbies they used seemed unprofessional and unguided. We are now in the process of getting quotes from other roof painters to bring the job that Programmed did up to standard.

Our small complex in Lennox Head engaged Programmed to quote to do an overall external renovation. We did a walk around with a clear brief and then received a very brief contract with minimal details however were assured what we had agreed would be covered - this did not occur. After signing the contract for the renovation with Programmed Property Services our experience went downhill rapidly. Works agreed to verbally were not written into the contract and not carried out and all works were skimmed on. The roof tile painting required several coats of paint as very porous old tiles however this did not occur, looked unfinished and did not protect the brittle tiles as promised prior to signing. The annual maintenance was minimal and Programmed refused to rectify by painting the roof stating mildew was leaching - so much for a maintenance contract. WE COULD NOT RECOMMEND PROGRAMMED PROPERTY SERVICES as our experience has been most dissappointing and costly. We have since discovered these are common complaints with Programmed unfortunately and had we known we would never have engaged them. We cannot recommend this company as they have no desire to work with the owners to resolve this or other issues.

Hire someone else - Poor communication, poor management, poor client relations. They seem more interested in contract enforcement than happy clients. The work got done
