  We are renting a small unit and the ceiling in our bathroom needed to be fixed after a plumbing job. Mike was very professional in arranging a time to come. He came on time and did a fantastic job! Not only were we happy with his work, but he was also very considerate. I had just had surgery the week before he came. Knowing this, he decided to vacuum the bathroom floor, clean up all the walls and the floors, so that I wouldn't have to exert myself. He doesn't only care about the work, but also his customers, even though we were not the ones paying for the job as we are only tenants. We highly recommend Goldcoast Maintenance Services.
