Eva Professional Painting

I'm very happy about the job Eva did! She has a very good eye for details and I recommended her to my friends if they needed something painted. 5/5!

Overdue review based on our personal experience. Eva quoted three days for the job, allowing 2 coats over a light colour and 3 coats over the bottom dark colour. Time and paint were paid for accordingly. Toward the end of the job, I pointed out that the dark colour was still clearly showing through. The painter said he was not aware a third coat was part of the job but said he would apply it. After the job was completed (painter finished earlier than expected), I spent significant time removing paint spots from our timber floors because drop sheets were not used consistently.There was visible paint overflow on ceiling and floor mouldings, as well as drip marks on walls. Concerns arose regarding the number of coats actually applied. I was assured that 2–3 coats were completed. Several months later, it became clear that the top half of an entire room appears to have only one coat, with the original colour showing through. The overall finish was not consistent with what was quoted or what we were assured. I raised the issue with Eva but did not receive a response. Some examples shown in photos below.

We used Eva and her team to have our whole house done inside and out. She and the team are amazing…. A perfect combination of professionalism and commitment to make our home look beautiful. She communicates with any changes to schedule, she checks in to ensure we are happy. The team clean up as they go….. Our home is our largest asset and Eva and the team not only made it look better they protected it from the elements for a few more years! Thank you most sincerely.
