Doctor brush painters

We contacted doctor brush painters to paint our 3bedroom townhouse, at first everything was very good. We were told the job would take 6days but was completed in 3days.. this is where the problems began. The house was painted with oil base paint prior to us buying the property and needed to be stripped back, primed and repainted. The painted promised us he would do this and unfortunately he did not. Some prep work was completed but not well at all. He just painted over the top of everything poorly with run marks on everything. When we confronted him about the peeling architraves due to no preparation being done we were told it must of been one of his workers.. he then proceeded to tell us he was in a really bad headspace due to his wife having a medical condition. He wasn’t willing to refund and money. He did come back and fixed one front door architrave but once again the right preparation work was not completed. He then told us this was a “repaint job” when he was well aware everything needed to be stripped back and re done. $7000 down the drain. Thanks doctor brush painters. (We will include some pictures of your handy work since you want to make out like we are lying) Photos show poor paint finish around windows, drip marks and paint peeling from the architrave he came back to fix.. still wasn’t sanded or primed, gloss peeling. Also the gloss work on front door he came back to fix looking very thin possibly single coat.
