Have just completed working with Ben and BRS on and off for the last 12 months on a high-rise R&M and full re-paint. Our building is one of a number of older apartment blocks in our area that need a number of repairs. Our decision to seek the services of BRS came from not only other satisfied customers who have written reviews here but other unrelated building service providers who recommended BRS to us. These recommendations proved to be accurate. The five star recommendations from their other customers are well deserved based on our experience. Good businesses are often busy so we had to wait a while for a start on replacement and repairs to our two retaining walls. Once we had a start date the job ran very smoothly and efficiently. The two main workers on site were outstanding as were other members of the support team. Resident safety and convenience were always observed. Workers were always approachable and willing to answer questions about aspects of the job. BRS also were able to coordinate with other tradespeople involved in this job flexibly so that delays and problems did not occur. Our confidence in the work of BRS is reflected our strong interest in having them complete other jobs in our apartment block. We know they will do our jobs professionally and without drama.
