  Our building is one of a number of older apartment blocks in our area that need a number of repairs. Our decision to seek the services of BRS came from not only other satisfied customers who have written reviews here but other unrelated building service providers who recommended BRS to us. These recommendations proved to be accurate. The five star recommendations from their other customers are well deserved based on our experience. Good businesses are often busy so we had to wait a while for a start on replacement and repairs to our two retaining walls. Once we had a start date the job ran very smoothly and efficiently. The two main workers on site were outstanding as were other members of the support team. Resident safety and convenience were always observed. Workers were always approachable and willing to answer questions about aspects of the job. BRS also were able to coordinate with other tradespeople involved in this job flexibly so that delays and problems did not occur. Our confidence in the work of BRS is reflected our strong interest in having them complete other jobs in our apartment block. We know they will do our jobs professionally and without drama. We also know BRS will complete our jobs at a fair price. Thanks again to Ben and the BRS team for a job well done.

  Thanks to Ben, Eddy and the team for completing my apartment balcony. I was told there was a 12 week wait as they were busy. I was renovating inside the apartment at a certain date and requested BRS to get the balcony done prior to my start date if at all possible, as it made sense not to mess up the newly renovated apartment by doing the balcony afterwards. Ben was able to accommodate this, and the balcony job was completed a couple of days prior to the renovation being started, which worked out perfectly. Additionally, when it came to me choosing the tiles for the balcony, Ben was happy to speak to me directly and give me the information I needed that had been approved by Body Corp, to save having to go directly back and forwards through the Body Corp for this info. Communication from Ben and Eddy was great throughout which allowed the whole job to go very smoothly. Stress free and the guys did an awesome job, the balcony now looks great. Thank you!

The team on-site were professional, considerate of the residents within the building, they kept us up to date of progress/any issues and always ensured the property was left tidy at the end of the day. The work was of a high standard and we would definitely use their services again
