Jorge spent a massive 3 days painting complicated latticework, and replacing and repainting decking boards. He was enthusiastic, diligent, reliable and very hard working. The end result was amazing and a very high standard of workmanship. I have no hesitation in recommending him, and will be using his skills in the future

DO NOT USE THIS HANDYMAN! HE DOES NOT DO THE JOB PROPERLY. I used Jorge to replace the front deck, dismantle a carport and replace locks. He gave me a damaged front deck - incomplete work and damaged deck! He installed Ecoply 2400x1200x15 mm ($87) that is for indoor use (not for an external deck). He had to use Marina plywood 2240x1220x18 mm ($202) for an external deck. So, it's questionable why he used the wrong material unless if he doesn't know his job or was trying to decieve me. The deck was noticed damaged the next day when the real estate agent came to inspect the deck. Jorge was the only person on-site. But he ended up blaming that he saw some ficticious children that no one has ever seen onsite - after we questioned him about the damaged deck (photo attached). He not only overcharged me for replacing the locks. He was dishonest as he installed locks that were 1/3rd in price. Eventually when I got him to give me the Bunnings receipt for the plywood and locks. I realised that he had used inferior or incorrect material for all the work than we agreed and overcharged me compared to the original quote. I recommended three $54 locks. He told me that I should use $111 locks because the safety of the house matters. I found that he charged me for three $111 locks and had actually installed three $34 locks. But sent me an invoice of $517 instead stating that he did an awesome job - which was way above the initial quote. My agent's handyman quoted to install 8 locks for the same price. Jorge then kept on sending me SMS messages saying that professional locksmiths charge $120 per lock. But he was charging me $173 per lock 🤣😂 Told me he's the same as a professional locksmith! I have told him that I cannot use him again for any work and I suggest that you sincerely think before using his services. You can't be sure that you will receive what he promised - at least that what I found from my experience with him. I have reported him to Fair Trading Queensland as he has been dishonest in all the work he has done. He's blaming me for being a bad customer. If he had done the work properly and been honest. Then I would not have to do this review. Jorge also started making threats to report me to the police and immigration. Then became racist in comments when I asked him to be honest. He then told me that he has a wife and kid and I should pay him more and trust him that he's being honest. But all the evidence was contradicting what he initially agreed and what he charged me for. I paid him approximately $2500 and he didn't fix anything. I had to pay another handyman to fix all these issues again!

Great friendly professional service. We used Jorge for our Ipswich Restaurant and he was very helpful throughout the whole process keeping me updated and checking in with me frequently. He also was very helpful with the layout plan and even offered an option to save me money. (Which dosent happen often)The administration side of things was very fast and professional as well. Also great value for really well done job. Good work guys keep it up 😎🙌
