Wow - Sam and his boys are first class tradesmen. I’m particularly fussy and have an eye for detail, these boys didn’t disappoint. They were the tidiest painters I’ve ever seen, repairing our very damaged ceiling better than expected , they were true professionals and a delight to watch, their attention to detail is not often witnessed. Sam also offered sensational aftercare service returning promptly to fix a dimmer switch. I have absolute no hesitation in recommending C-Star painting and decorating for all your painting needs.

Below average job for an above an average price. Didn't do the work they said they would, more interested in finishing it in a single day. Didn't patch much of that was agreed upon, especially the parts of the ceiling that were pointed out to them. In particular an area of the cornice, they didn't even touch it & painted straight over existing plaster patches without sanding them back, leaving paint runs. A trained gorilla could've painted the wall vents without painting tracts of the mesh as well. They look terrible as if painted by a child. I phoned them & told them I wasn't happy with certain aspects of the finished job. They said they'd get back to me. They haven't contacted me at all as they have their money. There are hundreds of painters out there who will do what is agreed upon & pay attention to detail. Unfortunately for me, not these guys. Be wary & don't let it happen to you. They did some aspects of the job ok but generally it was their lack of attention to detail & failure to execute what was agreed upon in person for the entire job that compelled me to write this critique. I don't want to see anyone else parting with their hard earned cash & not receiving what they paid for. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them.

Best service I could have asked for. Painted the ceilings of my grandmothers house. Best price. Quality paint used and didn’t rush. Very polite, professional, and most importantly, honest. Would highly recommend these painters!!
