We recently engaged  Sam and his team at A & A Gold (a.k.a Sam Handy) to replace the trims and repaint the roof gables across our six‑unit strata complex, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. He has offer the best quote among the 3 tradies but the work was very cost‑effective, especially given the quality delivered. What stood out most was the attention to detail, every tasks was aligned, and finished with real care. He explained clearly what needs to be done. It’s clear that he takes pride in his workmanship, and it shows in the final result. He was also incredibly patient as clearly the work was taken longer than what he was anticipated due to the weather and difficult customers but he has never complain and working around the needs of multiple owners without any fuss. Overall, we’re very happy with the outcome and would confidently recommend him for any roofing, carpentry work or maintenance.
