Norwest Roof Restorations were brilliant. They completely transformed my old roof into a clean and safe one. The new colour looks fantastic. It has added so much value onto the whole house- a real face lift. The approach has been very professional and efficient and I am very grateful to them.

Trish and Rob are easy to deal with and do a great job. Rob is on time, tidy and takes pride in his work. Thanks for the new roof - it looks great.

We understand frustrations with tradesmen not showing up. However, you were rude because we were a little earlier than we had arranged due to our tradesman being rained off. Most tradesmen do not show up at all. We always strive to be professional, and we expect the same in return. from Suzanne- I have gone back and reread my messages as they certainly weren't meant to be aggressive. We had hoped to speak to your trades person when he was here to explain what our concerns were. I have a crowd of people here with me at the moment and have asked their opinions and they can not read aggression into my comments. I'm sorry you feel that way but despite your company being recommended to us we certainly would no longer be interested in dealing with you and will not be recommending you to anyone else!
