We had a very poor experience with Josh Hall, completely at odds with the earlier glowing review. He provided a professional looking quote, but that’s where the professionalism ended. He demanded almost 50% up front. He never provided promised references, and was an appalling communicator. We had to chase him. He only partially cleaned the roof, never replaced broken tiles as quoted. Never finished the job. And he does not have a valid NSW trades licence, yet his quote was for well over $5000. As of 6 May 2022 he had CANCELLED all of his ABN registrations relating to roof restorations. We now have an NCAT order and are waiting to see if Josh does the right thing before going to the Local Court.
I wouldn't recommend anyone else. josh hall is very professional and understanding with my particular colour I wanted for my roof. He was 100% happy with making sure I was happy with the outcome. I honestly could not fault him. Thanks again Josh hall Thanks again Josh
Used this business when trading as unlicensed the "JOSH HALL" roofing and driveway restoration. AVOID this business. Unresponsive, does not honour warranty. Josh Hall is still trading in the Port Macquarie area - stay clear of this business owner.
