We have just completed a full bathroom renovation where we had a serious water leak and a few other issues and none of it was too difficult for the guys. Special shout out to Rob who kept us updated along the way and made sure the house was tidied at the end of each day. All the trades who came through were very professional and did amazing work, we love our bathroom very much and definitely recommend Firm Built! Professional team, keeping the house clean while working and updating on timeline. The bathroom is unrecognisable now, 1000% better. Can’t recommend the team enough.

Read moreWe recently renovated a main bathroom as well as our ensuite. Couldn't be happier with the results. Tully and the boys were amazing every step of the way. Every single trade that entered our home was respectful and genuinely passionate about their work which was reflected in the finished product. We received open and honest communication about what was possible/what would function best. I have zero doubts that our new bathrooms are built to last and we will be enjoying them well into the future. If you are looking for a trustworthy and hard working team to help you create an amazing bathroom then I highly recommend Tully and all of the boys at Firm Built Bathrooms.

Read moreTully & his team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. All tradesmen were friendly, respectful & professional. Tully was great with giving bathroom design advice & recommending good quality products. Tully has a good reputation amongst other local businesses, such as HighGrove Bathrooms and Concept Tile & Timber, which also benefits his clients by offering discounts on personal choice items. Tully was consistently giving us updates on the progress of our bathroom renovation. We’re so incredibly happy with our new bathroom, and still can’t believe it’s ours. My husband & I are so grateful for all the hard work that went into transforming our old, embarrassing, mouldy bathroom into the bathroom of our dreams. 100% recommended Firm Built Bathrooms!
