Erick came in to do two projects for us. The first one was to reach high up areas in our upstairs hallway, staircase and the playroom ceiling plus wet rooms (2 bathrooms & laundry). Erick was perfect for the job, he had the appropriate equipment to reach the higher up areas and was meticulous with his attention to detail. We are so happy with the finished product. The second job was to replace 4 areas of rotten fascia board- also quite high up and in tricky areas in some spots. Erick and his carpenter did a fantastic job replacing them- again meticulous work. We can’t believe how good they look! Erick left the site extremely clean at the end but also made sure him and his crew cleaned up at the end of each day given we were still living in our house will the projects took place. Erick communicated well throughout the projects and ensured he provided us daily updates on progress. We’d highly recommend Erick and will continue to use him for future projects in our home.
Eric did a great job working on the outside of our second storey for 3 weeks under difficult conditions. He communicated well, worked hard, paid great attention to detail and left the house looking so much better. He was tidy, safety conscious, friendly and professional at all times. Easy to recommend him.
Could not get a painter due to the height and difficult access. Eric came to the rescue. A great job. Very professional, reliable and a very nice man. So happy with his work then have asked him to come back and do more. Highly recommend.
