  Erick and his team done amazing job on our old house. Roof maintenance, painting, cleaning and other work make it nicer, cleaner and cozy. I was so surprised with all results after cleaning roof and walls from the plants which was destroying the house. Also Erick was so helpful with choosing the color of paint for our house.   Erick came in to do two projects for us. The first one was to reach high up areas in our upstairs hallway, staircase and the playroom ceiling plus wet rooms (2 bathrooms & laundry). Erick was perfect for the job, he had the appropriate equipment to reach the higher up areas and was meticulous with his attention to detail. We are so happy with the finished product. The second job was to replace 4 areas of rotten fascia board- also quite high up and in tricky areas in some spots. Erick and his carpenter did a fantastic job replacing them- again meticulous work. We can’t believe how good they look! Erick left the site extremely clean at the end but also made sure him and his crew cleaned up at the end of each day given we were still living in our house will the projects took place. Erick communicated well throughout the projects and ensured he provided us daily updates on progress. We’d highly recommend Erick and will continue to use him for future projects in our home.

  Erick you’re a miracle worker!!! It was a horrid job removing layers of paint from 60 year old metal window & door frames in our waterfront apartment. But you moved all the furniture, stripped, painted, cleaned & moved everything back into place exactly as we left it. AND you managed to get all the handles operational & all the windows actually opening for the first time in 20 years! Honestly I simply cannot believe the absolutely incredible job you have done. A million Thank Yous & can’t wait to have you paint the rest of the place 🙏🙏🙏🙏
