We provided Richard with a overview of what we needed and from there he provided a competitive quote and took all the decisions out of our hands which we needed juggling a million different tasks with a new investment property. We needed to have the interior of our house painted before moving back in after 2 years away and started trying to engage a painter months before. We acquired a few quotes and I am happy to say that I chose Richard because of his excellent communication, friendliness and very reasonable quote.
