We had the absolute pleasure of working with Nick and the team at Everything Property Perth, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I originally found Nick through a Facebook ad and was immediately impressed by how quickly he came out to quote and get started. The first job was no small feat – replacing all the soffit and fascia boards on our old 1956 home during a renovation. The house wasn’t level and presented plenty of challenges, but Nick handled it with total professionalism. His work was incredibly neat, and he took great care to clean up thoroughly after himself each day. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were spot on. We were so happy with the result that we brought Nick back in to do various internal carpentry jobs – from installing door handles and fixing doors to fitting new skirting boards. Every task was completed to a high standard, and Nick was a genuine pleasure to deal with throughout. If you’re after someone reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, Nick is your guy. Everything Property Perth is a standout business and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We recently had Nick repair and paint our kitchen roof. He was reliable and took great care making sure everything was done. My experience with Nicholas and his team was excellent! I needed my roof fixed urgently due to cracked tiles, and rain was in the forecast.
