Best high pressure cleaning and property maintenance in the Mid North Coast by far! As an owner of both a holiday house and rental property located in Arakoon, permanently residing five hours away in Sydney has its challenges. It's not very often that I felt the need to lug up the gurney and the rest of my kit, but in the past five odd years I've attempted to outsource these type of duties to a number of local businesses. Much to my dismay, whether they were actually based locally in South West Rocks or were heading in from one of the larger regional towns (Port, even one from up in Coffs at this point), it's just been let down after let down. Competition has proven to be unreliable time and time again, which is a nightmare when you're trying to co-ordinate other trades or new arrivals to your property, from over 500km away. And then suddenly, I get referred to these guys through a nearby neighbour to my holiday house whilst visiting over Christmas. Let me tell you - for the past 6 months, it has been an absolute weight off my shoulders, feeling like I have not needed to worry about this issue anymore. Dealing with Jackson and Ryan, has been an absolute dream and has led me to leave several different responsibilities in their capable hands. It started with a high pressure clean of the driveway - which to be completely honest I umm'd and aah'd about after having been left with zero confidence due to previous experiences with other companies - and from there it has led to them cleaning my gutters, giving a low pressure chemical soft wash of the exterior surfaces of both properties, sealing surfaces where necessary, at this point I've even got them mowing the lawns when I need it. In terms of their prices, initially I questioned the cost of their quote, however as Jackson explained to me, I was essentially paying for peace of mind because by going with them I could be assured that they get the job done right the first time and I wouldn't be wasting money and time needing to find another service to redo/repair the work of a cheaper mob. I can now confidently say that I don't even question the bill when it comes in, because not only has it proven to be very competitive on the other services they provide to me, I also feel safe that I'm going to get what I paid for without having to haul myself up the coast to inspect their work as I so often found necessary dealing with previous contractors. My one and only gripe with these guys so far has been their constant refusal to make the trip down to Sydney to freshen up the facade of my place here - although to be fair Ryan has been hinting that it's not entirely off the cards altogether should I be so lucky to have the stars align, or so I hope. Certainly a credit to them for being able to be taken for their word at face value - I always appreciate dealing with straight shooters and these guys are just that. When they say they'll do something, it gets done, if they say they'll be there at a certain time, Jackson is there sipping a coffee five minutes earlier! A big thank you to these two boys and a very satisfied referral for any property owners who could make use of their work across the entire Mid North Coast.
