Houtan has a friendly and gentle nature. His well behaved dog enjoyed playing with ours. Our house looks much better after 30 years of no paint. Once the old wood finishes it’s bleeding we will book him again.

Most recently, I had Houtan remove some electrical outlets and cable sleeves from my walls and ceiling. I was concerned that this would damage the paint and plaster, but Houtan was able to remove them without any unnecessary damage. He expertly patched the holes, sanded them back, and matched the paint perfectly. You can't even tell that the cable sleeves were ever there! What I appreciate most about Houtan is that he is reasonably priced and a joy to work with. He is always happy to chat and answer any questions I have.
