I engaged Sam to paint two rental units for me. One of the units had a water leak from the shower that wet the rendered brick wall through to the living room behind and caused the paint to blister and flake off. After the water leak was repaired and the wall dried, Sam sealed and patched / top coated the wall before painting. The finish was so good it was undetectable as a repair. I also had Sam and his crew reseal & paint the veranda deck and the external window frames. The second unit had issues in the bathroom with poor ventilation causing ceiling mold and water damage to the cornice, plus rusting of the metal door frame. With the ventilation dealt with and the mold cleaned off, Sam was able to repair the cornice, seal and paint the ceiling and walls. Clean, seal and paint the metal door frames and paint the bathroom door. The bathroom is healthy once again and looks and feels clean & fresh. The tenant is happier too. I am very happy with the work Sam and his team have done on my two units and I would recommend them on the quality of work, service and competitive pricing. I will be engaging them again! Sam was expert in his painting trade and assisted in all steps of the interior painting project. The project comprised the refurbishment of an office meeting room into staff social relaxation space in a corporate office at St Leonards.

Sam and his team were super efficient at fixing up my newly purchased house which required a major fix up inside and out. They were very professional and did an amazing job at patching up what the previous home owner had left. Their work is spotless and amazing!
