AAA Fast Insulation Plastering & Painting Illawarra

Unprofessional communication service. My builder contacted AAA pasterfor my business renovation. I paid $28,644 for supply and install plasterboard and villa board, Rhondo suspended ceiling system where required with a square set finish between ceiling and wall junction. LBead s fitted against door frames and etc. I contacted Eric because I understand there is unfinished work, and he asked me to send him photos, which I did. A few days later, I have tried to call him from my personal and business phones again but he is uncontactable. So I called him from my painter phone, and he answered, so I know he blocked my numbers. I asked him about to fix the bottom edges of the walls (photo 1). He said I have to pay extra. I told him it was probably a miscommunication about the work between him and my builder. I told him, "Fine, I can pay," and asked him how much so that my painter and electrician can continue the work. And I ask him, "Why did you have to block my number and my business number (which I never used my business phone to call him) rather than just tell me that I have to pay extra?" And I asked him about the door frame (photo 2); he said he is in the middle of something, he is in the hospital, and he will call me back. I have not had a chance to ask him about the photo 3 & 4. He never called me, of course I am not surprised that he did not. I don’t want to complain about how his team was when they were working at the site. If anyone is considering or looking for plastering work, I highly do NOT recommend AAA Fast Insulation Plaster. Or if you are using this team, I recommend you should double-check the work before you pay them; otherwise, you would end up like me, or he would block your contact number because he is careless in explaining it to you.

I have used Eric and his team as a supervisor for a very difficult job at a hotel with a near impossible timeline but without him there is no way the job would have been completed on time and with such good quality. I have also used Eric on small jobs where his attitude and commitment to get the job done was as equally impressive. I couldn’t recommend Eric and his time anymore highly!
