One being a solid back laundry door. The 2 tradespeople want me to sign a quote in Chinese so I'm guessing they'll want me to sign Chinese paperwork when job is completed I raise the obvious issue here but no I'm the problem and they blatantly lie to housing A.C.T yet again saying I have refused trades to enter the property. And we're asked to trust these people? Wow! they! can! Not! Be trusted!5 stars for the pathological lies
Hopeless. Contractors turn up, do whatever they like and then leave you with the mess to clean up. Atrocious customer service. Spotless was by miles a better company.
I have been trying to get my fathers bathroom fixed for over a year now. At first they said they had no job number, then they told me that they updated their system and lost the job number and needed to re enter the job again. They they gave me a date to when the job will be completed and 3 months on, its still not completed. I tried to contact the office and they never return your callor email. You ask to speak to the managerand no one seems to take responsibility. Not sure where to from here....
