Dylan came to Goulburn less than 12 hours after I contacted him. He quoted, and came back later the same day to complete the work. He was super friendly and engaged with my chatterbox, curious, teen boy amazingly. Our windows are now sparkling and the odd jobs were completed quickly even with an audience (same chatterbox teen 😁). Dylan even took the time to explain the how's and whys of each job to him, so he can give it a go next time. Thanks so much Dylan. Will see you again.

We engaged Dylan from Kalari Property Services to clean the external surfaces of our two-storey townhouse in preparation for sale. Over two days Dylan worked tirelessly, soft washing the walls, pressure washing the concrete driveway and patio, cleaning windows, clearing gutters... we were amazed at the result and our back neighbour even phoned to say our house now 'sparkles'. Dylan was enthusiastic and courteous throughout, and is obviously a person of integrity with a strong work ethic. I have already engaged Dylan for another job and would recommend Kalari Property Services without hesitation.

First photo is before and others are the finished job . The diligence Dylan puts into his work is second to none .

Very happy with the service I received from Kalari Property Services. Dylan was very responsive in communication and gave a clear plan of how he would approach the job. The quality of the work was excellent - even provided advice on how to fix a few other issues as well. Price was very competitive. Would highly recommend.
