I made the mistake of getting to work early, only to find our lock had finally broken. Within 20 minutes of reporting to the landlord, Caleb was there and had it open for us, replaced by mid-morning. Great job, cleaned up and lock replaced with minimal damage. Awesome job.

What a top bloke. Didnt waste time (charges by the hour), communicated what would work/what wouldnt, gave me options and did it all with a smile on his face. Just visiting Albany as a stop on our road trip and got stranded at the campsite with a broken car key, Caleb came out to fix it so quickly and really saved the rest of our trip! Amazing service and super friendly.

We had mislaid the key to our Toyota Kluger and needed another, Caleb met at at his home and provided us with a replacement key coded to our vehicle. He fitted us in and as we live in Denmark he met us whilst we were in Albany shopping. It cost $500 which was great as Toyota wanted $560 for the fob and key, $209 for 1 hours labour, $80 to cut the new key and there could be recoding costs so Caleb's price was a bargain. I love Toyota Albany but for my key and fob I saved at least $ 349 at least. I would highly recommend Lockworx, great service and great price.
