I went outside the garden and when I came back, I was locked out . I didn’t realise my digital lock was running low on batteries and then decided not to work. I called Universal Locksmiths and they picked up right away and gave me advice to recharge the digital lock using a 9 V battery. It took a while and I wasn’t sure so I called them again. They promptly texted me back. It saved the day and I got back into the house! They were so kind, efficient and responsive. I highly recommend them.

I called Brett about a key stuck in a padlock for a storage cage. He attended the same day and efficiently sorted it out. I was delighted with his service.
