I had an amazing experience with Solar City Locksmiths today, as they gave us a good service in a timely fashion, and exceptional communication. Details: I called Solar Locksmiths to fix a smartlock I had installed myself incorrectly, they explained they’re booked out for the day but would try to fix my problem before the day ends, and later informed me 30 minutes before arrival. Upon arrival, Jeremy identified the issue with my lock and door and explained it to me. Thank you Jeremy for taking the time to explain it to me and fix it. After today, I’ll definitely contact them when I need them again but I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.

I recently found myself in a tough spot while camping in Echuca when my car self-locked. Thankfully, I called VW Assist, and they sent Keegan from Solar City Locksmith. Keegan went above and beyond to help me get into my vehicle, trying various methods before ultimately needing to drill the canopy lock. I was impressed by his persistence and professionalism throughout the entire process.
